AAI_02: Access Control System Operation

This course is part of the Hikvision Certified Security Associate – AAI program. This course will provide an introduction to Access Control Systems Operations. The course will cover the wiring of an access control system and the configuration of the system. The configuration of adding users and cards is explored along with assigning permissions to specific readers. Advanced configuration of groups providing access to multiple users to multiple doors. The configuration of readers is demonstrated along with adding schedules for active and inactive access. Multi-factor authentication will be covered for advanced security needs when more than one person is required to provide secured access to a specific location. The course will conclude with the application and monitoring of alarms for successful and unsuccessful access attempts.
