HikBasics – Network Video Recorder (NVR) Configuration

The NVR configuration course focuses on adding both directly connected and network based cameras and the configuration of the system.  During the hands-on labs in the Hikvision Virtual Classroom, students will activate the NVR, implement an IP address, configure the basic system settings, set recording schedules, alarm schedules and other features supported by the NVR. Subjects include all menus and options within the camera including configuring the Time settings using Network Time Protocol (NTP), Maintenance (reboot, restore, default, firmware updates), Network Basic and Advanced (SNMP, FTP, EMAIL, Platform Access, HTTPS, QoS, Video/Audio, Channels (for multi-channel cameras),  Main Stream, Sub Steam, Resolutions, Frame Rate, video Encoding, I Frame interval, Audio, ROI, Image menu, display setting, OSD, Privacy Mask, Events, Storage, Recording Schedule, and Format the disk.
